By booking with Kaleido Kids, you agree to the following:
- A bond of $100 must be paid upon booking to secure your booking. This will be refunded after your event if all equipment is clean and undamaged.
- The hire fee must be paid in full at least one week before your event.
- Cancellations within 7 days of the event forfeit the bond.
- You are responsible for supervision of the children.
- The soft play equipment is intended for babies (0-3 years maximum) and must not be used by children outside of these ages.
- No animals, shoes, food, drinks, glue, glitter, paint, or sharp objects are permitted on the equipment.
- Equipment must remain under cover if outdoors.
- You are responsible for any loss, damage, or cleaning costs. Any missing or damaged items will result in forfeiture of the security bond and may incur additional replacement or repair fees.
- Kaleido Kids is not liable for any injury or damage during your hire.
- Photos shared with us may be used for marketing unless you request otherwise.
